It appears that Melissa (Lemon Balm) has some amazing qualities but today we are focusing on the benefit of drinking beautiful tea made from Melissa leaves to help reduce anxiety and stress.
Recently my stress levels & anxiety (something I never normally suffer from) have been a little high and I wanted to try something that would benefit my body, while using only natural products. I have been making myself organic Melissa tea for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed a slight difference in my moods. I am having at least 2 cups a day, and trying to drink it at different times. My anxiety is still there but I notice an hour after having a cuppa, my brain feels like it has slowed down and the world doesn’t feel like it is racing by.
If you have been feeling like me lately and feel like your mental health is suffering but you are too afraid to talk to anyone yet, give this tea a go. hey, it’s a good start anyway to admitting that maybe you need a little help.
