My Best Friend
Growing up I was very close to my best friend but as life has gotten in the way, our friendship has changed. Can a best friend stay a best friend forever?
I don’t have to speak to you everyday to know you are on my side.
The bond we share is unbreakable.
We have tested by friends, not always seeing eye to eye.
We have tested through marriage, the beginning of growing apart.
We have been tested through life, new directions and new challenges.
I can’t believe how lucky I am having you share my life.
You are the one who makes me a better person.
You encourage me to be a strong, independent woman who will never give in.
I owe you my heart.
I owe you my tears.
I owe you my loyalty.
You are the family I have chosen for myself.
You are my best friend.
Do you still have you best friend from when you grew up?
Yes…that’s lovely
Thanks Mum
